I highly recommend Dawn for your home buying/ selling needs. She went above and beyond what a relator needs to do. She would check out the neighborhood and house before she would show it to us, as to not waste our time looking and driving to houses that would not work for our family (but may have looked good on paper). I can not rave enough about Dawn- she is the relator you need! We were not (even close) to buying a million dollar house, but she did not treat us any differently then someone that was. We were first-time home buyers and had a lot to learn, but Allan helped us every step of the way and made the process seem simple and straightforward. He was always available to answer all of our questions and had great recommendations for contractors, lenders, etc. He was very patient and talked us through the pros and cons of different options and made sure we were clear on each step of the process. Maggie goes above and beyond the call of duty. Home investment is the largest investment most people make within their lifetime, and Maggie treats you like it’s her investment too. On top of that, she is extremely personable and receptive when it comes to finding the property that fits you. Elizabeth helped my fiancé and myself buy our very first home!
