We were so impressed with how quickly he found us a buyer for our current home. And to make things even better, the deal was off market so we did not have to deal with showings with a 1 year-old! My experience with Julia was nothing short of the most perfect situation that I could have ever imagined as a first time home buyer. Julia was referred to me through mutual friends and I could not have asked for a better agent to help me find my first condo. Julia was incredibly responsive (so responsive that she was sending me potential condos while on vacation in Hawaii), extremely knowledgeable about the area and most importantly an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a home in the Atlanta area then Julia is the person to call. She found me the condo of my dreams and she was also able to immediately get me in touch with a loan provider (who was also extremely responsive and on the ball) as well as put me in touch with all the other service providers that I would need upon buying my condo. She was also very skilled when it came to negotiating with the seller to get exactly what I needed out of the seller in order to purchase the condo. Julia was a great agent and I would recommend her 10/10 and plan on using her in the future!

I was very nervous about buying my first house and didn't know where to start, and then I found Allan! Allan was fantastic to work with and made this whole process far less daunting! He was very knowledgeable about the market, a highly skilled negotiator, extremely responsive, and always gave fantastic and honest advice. He even helped me deal with a less-than-helpful lender.

Anna was truly a dream to work with to buy our first home. We were pretty anxious and needy first time home buyers but Anna made the whole process incredibly smooth for us. She was quick to respond to all of our questions, super flexible and fast to set up appointments for us to see houses and truly hustled to find new ones even before they came on the market. Lee Ann Wyns: She did an outstanding job helping me sell my beautiful home. She is a very hard working agent with high integrity. She helps you see things through a different lens which is the buyer! We worked as a team together to prepare my home for sale and valued her insights of the community needs and repairs to my home which made it pop on first sight. Lessons learned was I listened to her recommendations on all repairs and fixes for my home. She knew what needed to be done as I was blinded to sell my home as is... She was always there when I needed her without questions and was patient with me everyday, My home was sold so fast it was like a whirlwind. The sign post in my well manicured front yard said coming soon and first couple who came to see the house bought it. I would recommend Lee Ann whether you were a buyer or a seller. We laughed and got the job done. My biggest want in selling was the house needed a big family to enjoy it and my wish happened because of Lee Ann. Highly recommend her and trusted her from day one.
