She was very attentive, flexible, worked hard for me, and helped me get the best deal I could have hoped for. - Ashley was able to get me a 2 year home warranty from the seller because the hot water heater, HVAC unit, and appliances were all original to the unit and I was concerned they would break soon. - Ashley got me into the unit before closing so I could take measurements, etc. with contractors which was very helpful. -Ashley helped me do all this in the middle of a pandemic which was also very helpful to have someone so easy to work with in such an difficult time.

I've known Betty for 18 years and she has helped me buy and sell five houses. Some of these transactions have surely been Betty's most challenging. Once my house went on the market, we had a few frustrating situations occur that were completely outside of our control and while it was very stressful, I had peace of mind knowing that Blair was on top of it. Blair reinforced this peace of mind because she was always proactive with her communication. During the process, she was having to deliver unpleasant news due to poor communication on the side of other stakeholders. In addition to her proactive communication with me, she came prepared with possible solutions and proactive next steps. In fact, my friend was recently buying a house on the west coast and was not having a positive experience. Kristen was very efficient and able to close the deal in a quick manner. She knew the area and buildings and was able to deliver additional information about each building. She was able to get us closed on the condo in under 3 weeks! Highly recommend her!
