We purchased our first home with Maria. I am so thankful we did, for she cares more about her customer than a sale. She was quick to look at issues in houses that we would have overlooked as first time home buyers. The house we purchased Maria had us tour the day it hit the market, and she had the offer in that night. When under contract, Maria was great about walking us through the steps without us getting overwhelmed, and had the ability to negotiate several items from our inspection. It is a crazy market, but with Marias expertise we were able to get our dream first home.

Once my house went on the market, we had a few frustrating situations occur that were completely outside of our control and while it was very stressful, I had peace of mind knowing that Blair was on top of it. Blair reinforced this peace of mind because she was always proactive with her communication. During the process, she was having to deliver unpleasant news due to poor communication on the side of other stakeholders. In addition to her proactive communication with me, she came prepared with possible solutions and proactive next steps. Ashley helped me sell my condo last year in the Smyrna area. Not a hard sell for her with the area growing like it was but she still managed to go above and beyond with her service!
