I was introduced to Cary Lyle through a friend who previously made a purchase with another realtor. Because I was relocating from Alabama to Georgia most of our communication was via telephone and email. Upon our initial phone conversation, I knew right away that finding a new home would be an enjoyable process. Cary has the sweetest demeanor and is very professional. Barbara has been an absolute joy and pleasure to work with! This is me and my husband's first time buying a home and she has made the process so much easier and always makes us feel comfortable and informed. We purchased our first home with Maria. I am so thankful we did, for she cares more about her customer than a sale. She was quick to look at issues in houses that we would have overlooked as first time home buyers. The house we purchased Maria had us tour the day it hit the market, and she had the offer in that night. When under contract, Maria was great about walking us through the steps without us getting overwhelmed, and had the ability to negotiate several items from our inspection. It is a crazy market, but with Marias expertise we were able to get our dream first home.

JW knows the Atlanta market as well as anyone. He did an amazing job selling my home during a difficult time. I couldn't recommend him more.

Kate is a real estate expert, there was not a question we asked that she did not know! On top of being knowledgeable, she was friendly and engaging which made the home buying process enjoyable instead of the hellscape I thought it was going to be. My favorite part of working with Kate is that she wasn't a saleswoman, she was an advocate. She did not try to be slick and pressure us into anything, for example we did not want to get a survey done and she explained to me both sides of the issue, and let us make our own decision. If you get the opportunity to work with Kate, do it, you'll be happier.
