Ashley was wonderful to work with, and I would definitely go back to her again if I get ready to sell or buy. She was very attentive, flexible, worked hard for me, and helped me get the best deal I could have hoped for. - Ashley was able to get me a 2 year home warranty from the seller because the hot water heater, HVAC unit, and appliances were all original to the unit and I was concerned they would break soon. - Ashley got me into the unit before closing so I could take measurements, etc. with contractors which was very helpful. -Ashley helped me do all this in the middle of a pandemic which was also very helpful to have someone so easy to work with in such an difficult time.

Kristen was very efficient and able to close the deal in a quick manner. She knew the area and buildings and was able to deliver additional information about each building. She was able to get us closed on the condo in under 3 weeks! Highly recommend her!
