Kate McKenzie went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. While never "pushy" she remained highly dedicated to our needs throughout the entire process. She worked closely with us to ensure she understood all of our buyer criteria (it was a lengthy list). We were moving from out of state (during the pandemic I might add) so it was certainly a challenging time for our family to begin a house hunt with such a limited housing supply on the market. Kate worked quickly and diligently to show us a number of homes. Her knowledge of the Atlanta market (traffic, schools, neighborhoods) was invaluable as we were able to rule out many houses that otherwise appeared "picture perfect" online. Narrowing down our list, she was incredibly helpful in assisting us with property level due diligence to uncover any "hidden issues" such as easements, flood plains, etc that could have greatly impacted our big purchase decision years down the line. Through Kate's network, we ultimately found a home that had not even hit the market yet. Kate helped us negotiate a fair price and ensured a seamless closing process. We cannot recommend her enough!

Working with Britton was a great experience! I did not realize the emotional roller coaster ride that comes with selling a house with 2 small children. However, throughout the entire process, Britton walked us through the whole process. She was always available with great wisdom/insights and advocated for us during negotiations.
