Scott did an outstanding job and has great attention to detail while selling our property in Atlanta. He comes out with a game plan from the first minute you meet with him. If you stick to this plan, the house will sell quickly One of the benefits is he has a vast network of people that can help while preparing to put the house on the market. We had to deal with new landscaping, painting, cleaning and a variety of other smaller projects. He is meticulous about every minute detail in an effort to present the house in the best manner possible. He personally checked on the house 5-7 times before we put it on the market. Oftentimes, I feel realtors may just be getting a commission with minimal effort, but this was not the case with Scott. As a first time, single, potential homeowner, I was initially hesitant to even begin the process.
