She found a buyer, negotiated a fair price...and then the work began. Kim was able to guide both parties through the inspections and negotiate an agreement that kept both parties at the table. She gave us a realistic idea of how much work we needed to do to get the house ready to sell, then arranged all the contractors to get the work done. The home buying and selling can be a very stressful experience, but with Jennifer's professionalism and expertise in the real estate world she certainly made the process a lot easier, wonderful and a good learning experience for me. After I moved to Jacksonville, FL she even took care of all minor issues that came up before and after the sale of the Condo. After the Condo was put up for sale, it was sold within approximately six weeks and I know that was due to her experience and knowledge of what the buyer is looking for.
